After listening to all the political talking heads spew disinformation and failing to read the bill I've decided to bring the truth (as best I can) to the masses.  Reading the bill is the first requirement for any informed discussion.  Please do not just regurgitate the ridiculous talking points of the media since they are refusing to accept what is fact within the law.
